Return Period
You can return or exchange any product within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Eligibility
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Items should not be washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Footwear and innerwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
- Sale items may have different return policies
How to Return
- Email us at vybeculture2026@gmail.com with your order number
- Mention the items you wish to return/exchange
- We'll arrange a pickup from your shipping address
- Once received, we'll process the refund/exchange within 7-14 business days
Refunds
- COD orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account
- Online payments: Refund will be initiated to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
Exchanges
Exchanges for size or color are free. If you want to exchange for a different product, please return and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
